Welcome to VR Darshan, a digital experience platform operated by TechXR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using VR Darshan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Service Overview

VR Darshan provides immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences that allow users to view religious and cultural sites in 3D virtual environments. These experiences are for devotional and educational purposes and are not substitutes for actual temple visits or religious rituals.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or using the Service under parental/guardian supervision.

  • Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • Using the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if false information is provided or Terms are violated.

4. Experience Access and Payment

  • All purchases made through the VR Darshan Store are final once processed, subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Prices, offers, and features may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to provide meaningful and fulfilling devotional experiences.
If you feel unsatisfied after experiencing the VR Darshan show, you can request a refund by emailing [email protected] with your purchase details and reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within VR Darshan — including visuals, videos, audio, design, branding, and text — is the exclusive property of TechXR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the content without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, commercial, or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer our software or systems.

  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of VR Darshan or any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

VR Darshan is an experiential service. While we strive for accuracy and quality, the experience may vary depending on device compatibility, internet connection, and VR hardware.

TechXR Innovations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Technical interruptions, data loss, or device issues caused by misuse.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Service or request a refund per our policy.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VR Darshan at any time, without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms,

  • Engage in misuse of the platform, or

  • Cause harm to other users or the service’s reputation.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of VR Darshan after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
