At VR Darshan, we provide an in-person experiential service — a virtual reality devotional show that visitors can attend and experience at our centers.
As our offering is an event-based service, we do not ship or deliver any physical products to customers.

1. Nature of Service

VR Darshan experiences are conducted at designated Durlabh Darshan Kendra locations.
When you purchase or book a VR Darshan ticket or pass, you are reserving entry and access to the show at a specific venue, date, or time slot.

2. No Physical Shipping

  • We do not ship or deliver any physical items.

  • Tickets or confirmations are sent digitally via email, SMS, or WhatsApp after a successful booking.

  • You may show the digital confirmation at the venue to gain entry — no printed tickets are required.

3. Event Access & Timing

  • Please arrive at the center at your selected time slot to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Late arrivals may be accommodated in the next available slot, subject to availability.

  • In case of any schedule changes or unforeseen delays at the center, our staff will guide you accordingly.

4. Rescheduling or Cancellations

  • Since this is a live experiential service, bookings are non-transferable but may be rescheduled upon request (subject to availability).

  • If the event is cancelled or postponed by VR Darshan, attendees will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
