To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the experience through our official platform and provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
